This paper shows a series of tools that help in the research morphing micro air vehicles (MAVs). These are aimed at generating parametric CAD models wings few seconds can be used aerodynamic studies, either via CFD directly using model obtained or wind tunnel through rapid prototyping with 3D printers. It also facilitates analysis by allowing for continuous deformation airfoils and wing geometry. In addition, one greatly simplifies purely experimental design this type vehicle, transfer measurements to computer, virtual same as physical model. software has two fundamental parts. The first is parameterization airfoils, which CST (Class-Shape Transformation) method will used. coefficients modified according actuator variable changes second part generation three-dimensional wing. We OpenCASCADE technology its Python version called PythonOCC, enables geometries good surface quality typical non-standard shapes. Finally, use study aircraft shown, well improvements could incorporated future increase capabilities MAVs.
